Provincial in charges of MoRR participated in yearly learning program which was held on Sunday in order to change their messages, offering their problems, find the solution for it and better management of the returnees and internal displaced people.
Sayed Hussain Alemi Balkhy minister of RR has pointed in his speech in inauguration program that ministry of RR has been working regarding the returning of the displacement who left their villages because of draught and also we have spoken about the budget of it with ministry of finance.
Minister of RR also stated that in four last years this ministry has designed the migration as a shared phenomenon among involved countries in the result Afghanistan has been participated in world migration discussion by a vulnerable country from migration and by creation of the shared structure under the leadership of excellency president Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
By his saying ministry of RR right now is working on comprehensive policy of migration by finalizing of it Afghanistan for the first time will be owner of the comprehensive migration policy.
Engineer Ahmad Wali Hakimi deputy minister of RR also pointed out in his speech to economic and insecure migration and displacement of the families due to the war and natural disaster and named the migration as a national issue.
It’s been a while, Mrs.Crolin director of UNHCR in Afghanistan Mrs. Sarrah Gorgis deputy of international organization migration (IOM) and the delegation of the American embassy (BPRM) in Afghanistan have committed to urgent assistance and development assistance for livelihood of people in Afghanistan.
