Because of the Lack of Budget, the Implementation of National policy of Displacement Is Unsuccessful
Ministry of RR has stated this issue in a conference which was held in order to operative of national policy in Kabul.
Regarding the operative of national policy of displacement workshop was held within two days in provinces by the name of (from implementation up to operative) by MoRR and WHH, there were participated national in charges central of the ministry of refugees and repatriation and discussed regarding the analyzing qualification of operative implementation of displacement.
Minister of RR in his speech in this conference mentioned that lack of the budged of in urgent consideration of reintegration in the second place and returning of them to their own villages, lack of the allocation of the budged for the creation of national implementation policy for displacement in provinces and lack of code in stockholders’ government organs consideration to displacements caused do not implement the national policy of displacement and the problems of the refugees will be remain.
In the base of national policy of displacement every organ for the achievement to displacement should have an identified code by the endeavors of ministry of RR and codify of many meetings to this regard, government organs did not make it yet.
He added that by endeavors of the ministry of refugees and repatriation in order to increase of the budged for achievement for displacements in the current year 20 million concerning of the reintegration and urgent assistance which this amount is insufficient for 2million displacement over all the country and he wished that by allocation of 270million Afghani in caution code of achievement to displacement will be solved their problems.
It’s been a while, Mehre Khoda Sabar acting deputy minister of policy and plan of MoRR stated that this ministry has plan within the current year to create 8 provinces implementation of national policy of displacement and from created plan support three provinces.
Endeavors of the MoRR in current year for spontaneously returning of displacement to their own villages and pay attention for staying of them in the second place.
