Deputy Minister Kakar meets with Representative of British Embassy

At the meeting with Migration Attaché of the British Embassy in Afghanistan on 16 November 2020, Deputy Minister for Refugee Affairs Mr. Wafiullah Kakar expressed his appreciation for the UK's long-standing cooperation with Afghanistan.

Deputy Minister Kakar said that one of his priorities is that the funds for the migration sector need to be better managed for return and reintegration. Sustainable reintegration and job creation build the core issues of the reintegration.

Mr. Kakar emphasized the effectiveness of the donor programs and called on the United Kingdom to increase its bilateral cooperation with the Government of Afghanistan.
