د مهاجرينو چارو وزارت او اجتماعي او حقوقي افغانستان (ASLO )  موسسې ترمنځ د غبرګولي په (۲۲) مه د همکاريو هوکړه ليک لاسليک شو.
د ياد هوکړه ليک مالي لګښت (۴۱) زره او (۷۷۵) امريکايي ډالره دی، چې له مخې به يې په بغلان او کندز ولايت کې  (۶۴۵) کورنيو سره  د خوراکي توکو او نغدي مرستو په برخه کې مرستې ترسره شي.
ياد هوکړه ليک د مهاجرينو چارو وزارت د مسلکي مرستيال مولوي عبدالرحمن راشد او يادې موسسې د استازي ترمنځ  لاسليک شو.
