Deputy Minister Kakar exchanges with SEEFAR Country Representative

Wafiullah Kakar, Deputy Minister of Refugee Affairs, met the country representative of SEEFAR, Ms. Alison Coleman.

Ms. Coleman explained the activities of SEEFAR, which are in the area of migration data collection, human rights, forced labor, communication strategy, and IT training in the provinces Kabul and Nengarhar.

Deputy Minister Kakar informed Ms. Coleman that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) needs to be signed between the Ministry and SEEFAR if this international NGO wishes to be active the migration sector. Ms. Alison expressed her wish to work in close cooperation and coordination and assured to submit documents for registration with the MoRR.
