Hundreds of Affected Families Helped in kapisa
On 9th of September, the Department of Refugee and Repatriation (DoRR) , local and international organizations distributed some food assistances for 315 families in Kapisa whom affected in last flooding.
On August 26th, more than a hundred people have been killed and wounded while flooding in kapisa.
The affected families were surveyed by DoRR and NGOs. For each family distributed (4 packs of flour, 25 kilos of pea, salt, 21 Biscuit, 67 packs of pediatric nutritional materials, 5 kg of soya flour, bedding and kitchen supplies, 2 stand of lights.) Also, these families received some health and nonfood assistances. The emergency committee been monitoring the process of distribution.
These families will receive cash assistance in coming days.
