           On Tuesday May 29, 2019 directorate of Nangarhar province with close coordination of NCRO and OXFOM constitution after a comprehensive survey and identification of deserved families distributed to every family cash 19000Af which, displaced due to the war and insecure condition from Khogyani and Shirzad districts to the central of this province
